Agree with your summation, I tend to see a little more urgency and believe they need to be commencing construction in 12 months.
If any one is talking to the company I would like to know if they envisage a start by date. I've been waitin 2 years for CLQ to come to the party on that score.
It is very interesting watching a stock with such low volume and so tightly held. but that is a two edged sword. Yesterday's volume was less than the volume on the April announcement, under 2.5m, but both are the highest volumes for the last 12 mths. When it takes off it flys, but if one large holder gets shaky or needs some cash it can drop like a rock.
