But there is a $50m capital raise from Ganfeng? Not sure how you missed that?
Also it is worth noting the funding package (the debt and equity raised today) only covers stage 2 expansion.
They have not indicated how they will fund Stage 3 expansion or this downstream conversion facility. I would assume debt and equity will be raised in the near future to fund both, particularly the downstream facility which is a near term MOU option expiring on 28 Feb 2019
