Ann: MOU with Santos to progress studies for Darwin LNG Expansion, page-9

Hi All
I have previously posted that Santos are unlikely to takeover TBN for cash.
For what it is worth my feelings are that Santos will eventually want more land and take over the Eastern section of the deep Beetaloo once we show them how it is done.
They plan to feed the East coast LNG as well as Darwin now so 300,000 acres is probably not enough for the decades to come for both.
The capital from any acreage sale should then allow us to develop the western section with reduced dilution.

Not sure I would want Santos script such as the Exxon takeover of Pioneer.
