Yes I agree with @Quanta, this is a serious MUO not a BS like many others. The Chinese company is a serious one in vanadium business. The MOU has the deadline (Oct.1 2019). This might trigger other MOUs or a offtake agreement with a major company in V business. We will see.

I am disappointed by the selling but I think it's normal because some traders bought in around 18c-19c levels now selling out at smal profit. I'd like to see what the the coming months will bring.

I think the sp will up gradually after this anns. as the mc is too low. It's all good IMO.
