I'd suggest the OSX CEO would argue they will pursue both India and China. Chinese healthcare spend is a lot higher than India and they'd be foolish to forego a Temasek linked JV on will what soon be the largest single healthcare mkt by value in the world (it already is in terms of insured people with 1.35 million under its national medical security system). I think we can agree now that OSX can stop expanding its geographical sales footprint and start just raising sales from existing locations so that it can stop burning cash and perhaps start generating some.
