Another outlook from this is:

- this does not dilute us shareholders (good for us),
- while this MOU is signed, nothing is signed with regards to actual investors (so good new, and also fluff news)
- capital raising happens with the JV (so 0 impact on the balance sheet for the time being); If and when they actually start earning revenue, OSX's equity position improves (cash from investing activities).

Good to see Govt. support from these collabs, makes me wonder - if they are successful one day, they might go back to being private. Anyways - too early days for that speculation.
