    not really yesterdays news though. albeit 2nd hand information, CEO's clarification to NEXT means PRL just got out of the woods with an estimated $4-5Bn bill for this project which would have caused significant dilution. Also means much less technical risk - PRL just focus on the downstream component and receive the electricity from their JV partner
