I’m not going to criticise what you have posted about $10B being unrealistic. Anything is possible. But how exciting for all investors is it that you don’t Bork at $1B which would make it roughly 4X from now. That alone is worth investing in. Anything north of that you might be paying for your next investment property with one investment. How is any of this a problem?
