It's no different then Big Name Companies like Coca Cola or Red Bull paying advertising agencies to promote their product.
There is a big difference here. The product they are paying to promote are their own shares.
Coca Cola Amitil advertises their soft drinks, not to buy ASX:CCL so insiders can cash out.
