would have to agree, the timing is dismal.
But no doubt they have timeliness set out and this would have been planned a while back. They possibly could have delayed a few days.
Common sense says to raise at higher level so more bang for buck so to say and less dilution, and that is why I am led to believe the reason it's occurring now is for the benefit of an entity in particular, who exactly?????
Will the CR even be open to the plebs?
