MOU for EFE & Yahua to form a JV to acquire & develop further lithium projects.
Yahua is one of the largest lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate producers in China and has a strong customer base including Tesla, BYD Auto, Zhenhua E-Chem and Sinopec.
Yahua will also has Offtake with CXO & is why CXO made its big run upto 40c on the back of
the Yahua Offtake because of direct links to Tesla. I know because i took CXO at 5.6c
At 10m MC There’s huge upside here..
Also keep in Mind PLS acquired the Pilgangoora Lease off GAM (Global Advanced Minerals) for Peanuts so the cost of Lease may not Reflect what value is below the surface
