You're right about those two points. That's also why I don't see it happening either. No way would management voluntarily put themselves out of a job. That's why I would praise them if they chose to do the right thing.
Agreed on the Chinese shareholders as well.Glad you agree. Luckily it probably won't happen anyway.
Looking at the SP lately, it looks like you got out at the right time.
I'm still holding because it's way undervalued now.
