how can they come out and say yes we are happy with the boundary changing and losing 1 hectare of land? This mistake is on HMX management who I do not rate. They may have now but last time I checked CNB gave them a juicy IP anomaly and they still haven't drilled it.
Can say with almost certainty they will not appeal as the same result will be handed down.
