<My understanding is that Hammer is tightly held, with Directors and associates holding around 1/3 of the total capital .
And as one of the Directors personally underwrote the last CR , it seems that their commitment to the company would negate any takeover bid that appeared low and opportunistic.
Some kind of JV would make sense . however , and would probably boost the SP of both companies.
