    This is interesting because over the years I've invested in numerous explorers with JOGMEC JV's and I've never seen this tender process before, even though some of those explorer JV's did produce meaningful drill results. Does this mean that the JV already realises that Trafalgar will be a mine development, or is that just wishful thinking on my part?
