I would not be so sure re a rights issue for the next raising - much easier to do a simple share placement to a broker using the 15% capacity, particularly if they are only going to raise less than $2m again.

LIke most I would like the op to acquire cheaper shares under a rights issue, but I fully understand why a company would use a broker instead. Generally speaking, market price will come back to placement price in the short-term so you always have the ability to buy on-market at or near the placement price.
