Re: bsm, they don't have enough cash to advance this resource in the current market. Having a overseas company taking a stake and injecting cash and or funding IMO will see us better off.
Mining is atleast two years away and commodities should have rebounded by then so if the mining is viable at current prices it's gotta be a good and cheap investment for someone with a long view.
