Now that IG have secured their grant they could probably afford to use a little existing cash to buyback say $1M - $2m of CRL escrowed IG6 shares at a discount. Benefit to IG6 shareholders is less SOI and could reissue again at a higher price as the price picks up.

Benefit to CRL is they get a bit of cash to dig themselves out of a hole and reoranize themselves. Its not a bad shell with minimal SOI after the consolidation.
