there are several very distinct groupings of interest in CRL and the proposed deal, holders of CRL have reason to be concerned by the dilution of their interest for a project that may not suit their investment goals. To be explaining to disgruntled shareholders of old CRL why the deal is fair, at the same time as selling the prospect to new shareholders is not ideal. A better path would have been to get current shareholders onside before the notice of meeting and issue of proxies.
