That is incorrect. Preparatory works will be continuing, but final investment decision is delayed by a quarter, and they are now targeting construction completion in Q2 2022.
More important is where the iron ore price will stabilise.
Will the project continue even with bearish forecasts of iron ore at $80-90? Likely yes as the margin remains healthy for high quality iron.
