SP, I suggest you call Tony James and get briefed. I'll be nebulous and simply say an "entrepreneur" can sell the dream and make it sound simple, but generally E's are sloppy on the detail. God, how many times have we seen this play out.
In most instances the E is out of town with his saddlebag loaded with the fortunes of his spruiking and the "builder", who has to be across the detail because his faults will become apparent, is called in to build the dream. Plus, "measure twice and cut once" is an old tailer term that holds true in our circumstance. End of...for me.
