I'd call that improved narrative from the company.
Good to get an update before the event so we are not guessing.
Clearly the MMP and Refinery EIS are complex documents that require multiple steams of expertise not held within one organisation.
I like the fact APM are managing all the subbies and that TNG hold monthly meetings with the Major Projects Committee.
