TBH I'm of a mind the delay in the mine Enviro Assessment was orchestrated to cover the lack of progress elsewhere.

If that had gotten up, but the Ti deal was still 8 months away TNG and PB especially would have looked right tits flapping in the wind. Would our highly experienced (in that jurisdiction even !) enviro consultants REALLY not have foreseen the need for a proper flora and fauna study? They just thought "Stuff it, it's the middle of nowhere and nobody will care." did they??

Seems to me (and it's IMHO only) PB spent 18 months trying to flog a generic Ti deal around the world with no luck. Then he gave the job to an outside party for 12 months....no luck. Finally he's hired a highly experienced Ti exec and we start hearing of extensive work behind the scenes to tailor our product to specific customer needs - and resultant rejigging of the whole production process. That's taking a year to do by the look. Previously it seems we just thought our customers would do all that work themselves? It's taken someone from within the industry to show PB what needed to happen. Glad he is here.

And just coincidentally the delay in the EIS will all be wrapped up just before the Ti process work and tailoring looks being ready.... , yeah....ok then.

In any case I still think it's all happening just not when we all thought it would (again).
