That could be right Scooter, that means minimal additional delays at all as The Ministers sign off isn't time restricted but must follow The NTEPA comments.
Their are two different Statutory Acts that apply but generally The Minister would be guided by the NTEPA's recomendations.
So it ain't all bad.
