    I'm sure there is plenty going on re finance while the EIS is being sorted. It could come together in reasonably quick succession as you say. It just seems to me that PB is happy to throw out a timeline to short term placate the market,(on any aspect of the project),that may have no chance of coming to pass.
    Anyway it will remain a trading stock for me,until I feel I can trust anything announced.
