"Potential" such a wonderfully loose word, though regardless of the time frame being constantly pushed back due to lots of balls being juggled, TNG has potential!
I love the quote from Donald Rumsfeld the US Secretary of Defence in 2006 when they were in IRAQ and I think it applies to PB for the last 5 plus years trying to build a world class mine, refinery and with patented TiVAN technology being developed along the way.
