Bit of a catch 22 as I see it.
Do we increase our spend, which would entail further share dilution, and pay for these people now or do we put up with the typos, and misinterpretation of terms etc while we wait for the necessary permits. Some will say if we had these people on the payroll, including a CEO etc, then things would have moved faster.
I'm not so sure.
Without having an identical project, with all the extra staff, run in parallel during the same time period we'll never know.
