Speaking of those emails, it seems most of them are borrowed from here and sent out to the TNG mailing list. Wouldn't take much effort. They are very positive, specifically the price rises and current 4 year high for Vanadium.
I would love to know the exact pricing used in the DFS models. From memory they used "forecasted" prices by industry analysts. I wonder if they are close to the money/current price?
