Unfortunately AGM is half a year away before you can vote against the remuneration report. Unless some sort of miracles happen by then with the finances signed, sealed and delivered, we are looking at the prospect of CR AGAIN, sorry didn't even bother counting the number of CRs in recent times.

Any gurus in listing compliance please correct me if I'm wrong, but you can only vote to spill the board after voting against the remuneration reports twice. Even if the spill resolution does pass (3rd round of voting), the CEO gets to remain in the job (to run the day-to-day operation), its only the other Directors that are gone. No doubt you can vote against to voice your displeasure, but in practical terms there isn't much effect.
