That rarely works out due to reluctance to provide public info by some large holders. And tendency to overstate from the peanut gallery (in which I sit). You need a private email to send details to - with proof of holdings, that is set up by a trusted regular HC member. Either that or 3-4 big holders get together and find a way - like BGS holders did recently.

I don't think we are at that point.

But before even that you'll need an agenda that people want to sign up for. Do you want management to be strengthened with an experienced explorer to miner exec? (Good idea IMHO) Do you want PB to take a haircut?

In any case I think we are at the stage where the die has been cast - so lets strengthen the board after we get the EIS through, and whatever deals are in place are announced. Then we can set the new BOD members some real milestones to achieve before getting bonuses.
