They have a lot to work with, and I believe they are entrenched in discussions with Funders/ JV Partners etc. They have said this on many occasions, and again TODAY! It is not the case that the DFS has to be completed, prior to discusions regarding off-take and funding can commence. Given the size of the project, it was never going to be debt funded. It needs a large company with a real interest in the project to "buy into it". Debt may well be the outcome, but it would be tied into a JV Agreement (perhaps also off-take Agreements) of some sort. This does not mean a dilution in shares to TNG. I remain hopeful of a corporate transaction in the not distant future.
