That right. The MOUs and LOIs came about because TIVAN and the DFS were yet to be released. Now that they have been done and dusted, and are more than positive, there should be nothing holding back the binding contracts.
If for some reason they decide not to, well I now know those acronyms aren't worth the paper they're written on.
