With an IRR of 41% and Positive NPV capital finance principles suggests that one would have to hold a significant capital handicap NOT to accept this project on these numbers. Discount Rate is a Theoretical hurdle rate that needs cautious interpretation but there is no denying IRR. Debt Equity mix still has a few question marks but the investment decision is a slam dunk.
