Pretty sure PB has been referring to breaking ground as soon as mining approval has been received... I took his comments to imply that they intend to stockpile ore for processing on site once the mt peake plant has been completed and then freighting to the refinery in due course. I kind of read into it that maybe Caterpillar are looking for something to do lol.
