A series of broken promises and suspicious activities from BOD through all these years have drained any enthusiam left from the shareholders.
You see, many long-term shareholders here still remain shareholders today because of the Browns, the Germans, the Indians, the high-experienced, newly appointed personnel, etc., but not the BOD.
That tells a lot.
