A push for accountability
Not 2 weeks later an agreement slated for April 2018, agreed in principle July 2018, finally gets signed

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but the way it appears, IMO, is the Browns have acted like a CEO should bringing this push for accountability from management & an outstanding outcome, well overdue, comes to pass.

What happens next will be telling as the company should have been ready to push the fast track to mining button in April.
They've had an additional 6 months to fully prepare so should be ready now for what comes next.
