I am still at loss about the move with Vimson - and disappointed that our options could not be extended (what are the rules when a company can/cannot extend option dates/strike prices?)

This SPP could get swamped if a few more announcements come out prior to the deadline date. But additional GM called by the Browns could also have an impact.
