• 28 September Friday Annual report stating that "TNG and its lawyers have been working with the CLC on the Mining Agreement for the past 12 months and this agreement was finalised paving the way for the MLs to be granted by the Northern Territory Government"
• 4 October Thursday LM77 "I asked if the CLC had in fact signed off the TO agreement as it states in the annual report and he said to the best of his knowledge the application was now with the NT minister."
• 11 October Thursday "Mount Peake Native Title Agreement Executed"
