Yes Aji, today is a great day and those stake holders who brought this agreement together deserve recognition, all the TO groups, CLC, Eynewantheyne Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC and the various TNG representativesnot the least of which was PB.

As per the 1 August 2018 the consents and agreements were brought together and at the earlier on site meating. What has happened since is what PB described as the formalities and today's announcement a process of Statute following the 1 August confirmation by the TO bodies.

So why did the BOD approve the issue of 93.7 million shares to Vimson Group at a 20% on market price on the eve of this announcement. This just adds to the concerns unless explained.

Any way a great day and I'm picking there will be more news on the Titanium off take front in short order followed by further announcements relating to Mt Peake Development.
