Fair points I agree,

One issue I have always been concerned with are the terms for the acquisition of the Darwin land. The EIS for me is an almost certainty.
What if the NT gov proposes completely unreasonable aquisition terms? I understand we can go back and forth especially with fed status now but that can take a long time and may get nowhere . Once we get fair terms for acquisition (no cost due to employment and massive industry creation would be fair imo) I'll be much more certain.
