The single footprint is something that would appeal to other titano-magnetite developers.
Not to mention space for expansion - it's need not be all squished up to suit a weird shaped site like the one at East Arm is.
That said, quite a lot of engineering work would have to be re-done heading down this road which will add to time whilst potentially reducing upfront cost but operating labour (availability/cost) will be a challenge IMO. There is not much out there at Ti Tree.
