I've just had a look at the AGV site & .....

Nothing more than an observation, but certainly what you'd do if you were assembling the pre-requisites for something with a long term PPA, massive decarbonisation potential, is international, has long term ESG credibility & capabilities, a focus on green hydrogen & safer Energy Storage Systems, a vertical supply chain & extremely good access to financial markets.

That pdf links to quite an impressive capability statement IMO.
