And then I wonder about the knock on effects of any design changes on the EIS - if the process varies then the inputs/outputs vary which means the impact on various discharges (air, noise, chemical usages etc etc) will vary.
Will make life interesting if they need to re-do section of the EIS post feed completion (I mean REAL completion not just bits and pieces).
