One of the problems with most watchlists is that if a second important announcement comes in there is no change in the announcement symbol so you don't realise its there unless you actually check it out again. I think a lot of SH would have missed the MOU until it was too late to buy today (unless they were into HC in the last half hour of the day).
Tomorrow should be a great day because the MOU will be well known by then. The close at 13.5 does not do justice to the enormity of the MOU announcement.
