Further information as to the administration of EzibuyNZ indicates that the Administrator recommends the sale and liquidation of the company in preference to restructuring to carry on business. The other branded companies of MOZ are not affected by these events as advised in a previous announcement by the group so ordinary shareholders need not be concerned as to any increased dangers. The only recognition need be that it is unlikely that it will be restructured and rejoin as a contributor. MOZ noteholders are affected in that the assets of the group over which they hold a lien will be affected by what eventuates.
