    Perhaps the share price dipped last week because Mr Fraid (who owns Spotlight) exchanged a portion of his notes (which he bought a year ago) for shares at 25cents, the minimum conversion price, giving him 19% of the company. If the fundamentals of the company haven't changed, more shares on issue would reduce the share price, I guess. Make sense?
