It's not a prediction, I just read the article and it's very balanced. The "cut back" is in response to the exact same question they've been asking since 2009.
They quoted the same Westpac and business confidence survey measures as they always do.
There was zero deception in the article. You just don't like what it said, get over it and try not to misrepresent things when you don't like the facts.
