There's one thing that you can say about Scott Evans, he's got a sense of humour.
The bank must be all over them like a bad rash and they can't pay the interest on the notes. So what does Scotty say in the market release:
Notwithstanding the significant turnaround and return to profitability, the Board has determined it prudent to not declare a dividend for FY23. Mosaic looks forward to returning to paying dividends in the near future.
