yes i cant see the hint either. announcement is not perfect but its ok. this things has 9 businesses in 1. i think they can sell some if they wanted especially the ones with issues instead of diluting shares. this is what also makes me think the current market cap for those 9 companies might now be right especially after paying about 100 mill just to acquire a majority of them.
