I agree with your observations on the figures: the directors' belief that the company can meet its debts as they fall due is a triumph of hope over expectation, I suspect.
Just one thing: the director with a relationship to Surfstich is Facioni, the chairman. He's not in the Spotlight camp as far as I can tell.
